The employee taking our order at the drive-thru was polite, but seemed distracted by conversations with coworkers. We waited a surprisingly long time for just two drinks and an order of tater tots. I understand that businesses can be short-staffed or training new employees, but I would appreciate a more professional atmosphere and greater focus on customer service.

We ordered two Dirty Ocean Waters and paid extra for the cream add-in, but there was barely any...

Came to this Sonic location with the family tonight for some snacks and drinks. The employees who actually show up to work not only their own shifts but also the shifts of people who no-call no-show need a raise & all the praise in the world for still providing excellent customer service and good food when they are understaffed and exhausted. God bless them. This rating is for those employees who worked their butts off for it.

We arrived i to town late and we were all starved, we ordered $36 worth of food for 4 people. All hamburgers. I ended up confusing all of us in the car and the sweetheart that made and brought our food while i tried to figure out whos was whos and what was wrong. He was great. He fixed it and apologized several times. Even though we are only here for a short time, I'd definitely come back. Food Service was fantastic
