I come to this Starbucks on the regular and my order is always made correctly and staff are very friendly i got a venti matcha with extra lavender cold foam but when i got the drink it looked like there wasn’t any lavender cold foam inside i proceeded to ask one of the employees if they were out of lavender cold foam she said no but i can put some inside the drink when she looked at the drink she tells me it might have just sinked to the bottom i said okay and left when...
I live in Roanoke and everytime I head to my mom's house in Richmond I always stop at this Starbucks. It's right off of 64 and very convenient. Bathrooms are clean and they have toilet seat covers in case that means anything to anyone. Service is good. Then I'm right back on 64.

Service was fine but not over the top.
I'll go to the Starbucks fairly often because it is close to medical buildings where I have appointments. I wish it weren't quite so dark inside.
