I live in Roanoke and everytime I head to my mom's house in Richmond I always stop at this Starbucks. It's right off of 64 and very convenient. Bathrooms are clean and they have toilet seat covers in case that means anything to anyone. Service is good. Then I'm right back on 64.
Love the vibe of this particular Starbucks. First timer but I might have to start coming regularly, the staff is extremely friendly and the drinks are good. I got a cold brew, Addy was very kind and recommended the drink, the drink was made quickly. The bathrooms are very clean which was appreciated. Some starbucks in roanoke seriously lack cleanliness but not this one, even the lobby looked freshly swept. Nice job.
A great Starbucks. The location is good as it is near downtown, there is ample seating, and the baristas are very nice. Prices are a little high compared to a few years ago, but that is probably due to inflation. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to get a cup of coffee or something cold and maybe use their WIFI to browse the Internet.
Parking: Plenty of free parking but there are a few other businesses there so sometimes it might be difficult...
