Subways starting to go down hill. Used to be my favorite, nice and fresh. Lately it's been pick and choose. This last one the bathrooms were nasty and no paper towels. Brown lettuce they tried to skimp me on and they wouldn't take my coupon saying it was expired. With all the sandwich competition like Jersey Mike's, McAlisters, and Fire House Subway is the least. The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. She has support from the employees and is very supportive to them also. Want something good for lunch?Visit the Subway on plantation and you won't be sorry. .

The older guy was a little rude, I guess he was the only one working. The girl was in the back doing something. Restaurant was pretty clean. Shady people coming in to order, I guess it was because it is near the towers Kroger. The staff needs to be trained on respect and how to talk to the customers.
