The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. The older guy was a little rude, I guess he was the only one working. The girl was in the back doing something. Restaurant was pretty clean. Shady people coming in to order, I guess it was because it is near the towers Kroger. The staff needs to be trained on respect and how to talk to the customers.

I went into the towers store to order a 4 inch tuna sub. I was told that only came in turkey and she called out one more. I said I come in here all the time and the one on 419 location and i always got the 4 inch sub .the lady was going to do it for me the manger came out and said that does not come in a 4 inch she was very unprofessional and rude about the issue i ask to speak to her boss she wrote a number on a plastic wrap papper with no name on it gave it to me.
