The Vault offers a dining experience that is both intriguing and flawed. The food quality is good but not exceptional, with an unfinished feel to the overall experience. Dining on TV trays creates an awkward atmosphere, and the presence of drop cords and unfinished lighting detracts from the ambiance. The unsanitary bathrooms are a significant disappointment.

The Vault at Liberty Trust delivered on an amazing dining experience. From the time I arrived and let the Host know of my reservation I was treated exceptionally well by the Host, my server Leah, and all those I had contact with from the restaurant and from the hotel. My host arranged for the bartender to prepare me a Mocktail Pina Colada that was wonderful. The Vault is quite beautiful and the staff is absolutely lovely. I loved the ambiance and vibe of the place, but, honestly, expected something more from the food because the choices and ingredients looked to be “upscale” as a place and price like this deserves. Unfortunately, the implementation didn't live up to the descriptions.
