This vist was atrocious, The lady at the counter was brand new and didn't know what she was doing and the manager and other higher ups just kept confusing her. I got a 50 pc nuggs party pack for a D&D session and a daves double (for me) and 2 large drinks and 2 large fries. They kept messing up the order and trued to charge me for a Daves Double Medium combo + the 2 drinks and fries, when I got the food I was missing my burger and a large fry and when I went to the counter to point it out the new lady said she needed a daves double and i heard the manager yell "He got a burger too?!" (I am very clearly a woman)
Very unprofessional buisness and incompetent leadership. Will not be returning.

We went here by mistake for our pickup order be honestly I'm glad it was the wrong store. We were standing there for a good 5 minutes before a crew member walked past us to smoke a cigarette, nobody was at the front counter. When the employee smoking came back in she asked what we were waiting for and had to call to the back to have the front counter person come up front and even talk to us. Needless to say we won't be back. The service is awful so I can't imagine the quality of the food is very good.
Food was fine but if staff is going to have terrible attitudes they need to minimally get my order correct

The food was fast and hot, but we didn't receive any straws for our 4 drinks or ketchup as requested. We didn't realize until pulling away and had to walk into the restaurant. The exit requires looping back around the building again.

Don't come here after 10pm they take FOREVER to do anything. I've stopped here several times after work because I get off at 11pm and 9 times of of 10 you'll be sitting at the speaker for ages before anyone even acknowledges you, and then you end up sitting there for like 30 minutes because the line is moving at a snails pace ? They got plenty of people up in there half the time and they are always goofing off at the pick up window so of course it takes forever because no one is doing their job.
