I only ordered a chocolate frosty. It was still as good as I remembered. The service was very very slow. The drive thru was busy but the lobby had no one waiting to order. I ordered in the lobby because I thought it wohod be faster. I still waited 15 minutes before anyone appeared at the counter to ask for my order. The two employees I interacted with were nice, though never smiled. Maybe this is a sign that they are all overworked and don't have the proper help or management needed for support them properly.

I've been to all Wendy's in Roanoke area. This is the slowest. They'll serve 2 cars and make the rest wait and won't even take orders until the other two cars are gone. The food is great but McDonald's serves all cars and takes their order as soon as you hit the speaker. If it wasn't for the slowest drive threw I've ever been through, it wouldn't be a half bad place to stop. The location also sucks too. You'll be trapped in the parking lot trying to exit no matter which was you try to leave from because of traffic. Take the extra time to go to a different Wendy's location

The lady on April 3, 2025 around 11pm was impatient because I asked what they have on their different menu salads. Also I asked for 1 cheeseburger after 2 kids meal. She ended up giving me an extra cheese burger. Mind you she charged me for the extra burger I never asked for and it was old bread was stale. Basically she served me an old ass cheeseburger. One was old and the other was new. I will keep reporting their mistakes they give customers that pay. How would she like it if that was her. Horrible service.
This vist was atrocious, The lady at the counter was brand new and didn't know what she was doing and the manager and other higher ups just kept confusing her. I got a 50 pc nuggs party pack for a D&D session and a daves double (for me) and 2 large drinks and 2 large fries. They kept messing up the order and trued to charge me for a Daves Double Medium combo + the 2 drinks and fries, when I got the food I was missing my burger and a large fry and when I went to the counter to point it out the new lady said she needed a daves double and i heard the manager yell "He got a burger too?!" (I am very clearly a woman)
Very unprofessional buisness and incompetent leadership. Will not be returning.
