Do NOT go to this Wendy's. If they mess up your order, you will NOT be receiving a refunding and their customer service is absolute trash. The 30+ wait time for a single combo meal doesn't help the equation.
My suggestion to this location?
Give better customer service and hire more adequate management.

We had a HUGE order during a snow and these guys pulled through for us flawlessly! 10/10 would definitely recommend for service. The manager in duty was absolutely heroic, thank you!

As a part time DoorDasher...I went through the drive thru and was told the order was ready to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, I was pulled into the parking lot. I waited 22 min as car after car after car went through. The employee who brought the order out was rude. I was patient regardless. Please remember that DoorDash customers are STILL Wendy's customers even though your employees don't have to face the. It cuts into my time and wages as well as decreases customer satisfaction from Wendy's. The bags were not sealed. They looked honestly like trash someone was throwing away. I'm sure the employee who brought the food out wouldn't like it if their wages were affected by the poor service. Will avoid delivering from this restaurant going further. Customer ended up complaining about the food being not only cold but wrong. This was at approx 8am. I know the order had an orange juice and a tangerine lemonade...and the customer complained of missing French toast. Very frustrating all around.

I only ordered a chocolate frosty. It was still as good as I remembered. The service was very very slow. The drive thru was busy but the lobby had no one waiting to order. I ordered in the lobby because I thought it wohod be faster. I still waited 15 minutes before anyone appeared at the counter to ask for my order. The two employees I interacted with were nice, though never smiled. Maybe this is a sign that they are all overworked and don't have the proper help or management needed for support them properly.

I've been to all Wendy's in Roanoke area. This is the slowest. They'll serve 2 cars and make the rest wait and won't even take orders until the other two cars are gone. The food is great but McDonald's serves all cars and takes their order as soon as you hit the speaker. If it wasn't for the slowest drive threw I've ever been through, it wouldn't be a half bad place to stop. The location also sucks too. You'll be trapped in the parking lot trying to exit no matter which was you try to leave from because of traffic. Take the extra time to go to a different Wendy's location
