“My husband and I just had a fantastic experience here. A hidden gem we did not know about! We asked if they have pastries and they do! They get them from a bakery in downtown Lynchburg and they were awesome. I got a cinnamon bun roll and my husband got a blueberry muffin. Then when they gave us our coffees, they had cute little Christmas stickers that said Dasher and Comet 🦌 🎄 The girls gave great customer service & told us about the upcoming Christmas parade next Sunday!!! it’s a drive-through so it was fast and we highly recommend this place! We will be back 😊”

But boy oh boy was I in for a surprise when I took the first bite of Ma D’s Philly cheese steak! It was seriously SO delicious. Phillys I’ve had from other venders didn’t leave an impression. “I've eaten at Napoli's several times in each of the last few years and it's always been good. I love Italian food, and Napoli's serves good Italian food. It's never crowded and the atmosphere is nice: an attractive interior but not overly fancy. It's basically a one-man operation, but the food comes reasonably quickly anyway.”

Call to place orders and they are baked every Tuesday or Wednesday and then it is pickup, mail order, or delivery on Thursday. Last minute orders may not be accommodated. The restrooms were impeccably clean, setting a positive tone right from the start. When I ordered, the same staff member was incredibly helpful, informing me of the specials and making me feel welcome. The dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. I don't know the name of the staff member, but she had glasses and was super friendly. I would highly recommend her for some recognition for being such an amazing and great employee. Overall, a truly pleasant visit that exceeded my expectations!”
