“when I order a Philly from a food truck at an event, I never have super high expectations. I always expect a basic not too flavorful Philly…. But boy oh boy was I in for a surprise when I took the first bite of Ma D’s Philly cheese steak! It was seriously SO delicious. Phillys I’ve had from other venders didn’t leave an impression. “I've eaten at Napoli's several times in each of the last few years and it's always been good. I love Italian food, and Napoli's serves good Italian food. It's never crowded and the atmosphere is nice: an attractive interior but not overly fancy. It's basically a one-man operation, but the food comes reasonably quickly anyway.”

Call to place orders and they are baked every Tuesday or Wednesday and then it is pickup, mail order, or delivery on Thursday. Last minute orders may not be accommodated. “I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience at this McDonald's during my business trip. The restaurant was spotless, and I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. The restrooms were impeccably clean, setting a positive tone right from the start. When I ordered, the same staff member was incredibly helpful, informing me of the specials and making me feel welcome. The dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. I don't know the name of the staff member, but she had glasses and was super friendly. I would highly recommend her for some recognition for being such an amazing and great employee. Overall, a truly pleasant visit that exceeded my expectations!”

“We had Outside the Cone cater our wedding, and it was a HUGE hit with our guests! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they were absolutely game with using our custom ice cream cups (mini baseball helmets, like at the games!). We got Vanilla, Chocolate, and Cookies and Cream, which, again, were all HUGE hits with our guests. We've been to the in-person store a few times as well, and it was just as good there as it was at our wedding. This is one of Lynchburg's best ice cream shops, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for either a sweet treat, or a catered event!”
