My wife and I were so please with the entire experience here. Taylor and the rest of the waitstaff provided excellent, understated service. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The steaks here are outstanding -- we had the ribeye and filet -- top-quality cuts cooked correctly and seasoned to perfection. The sides rise to the level of the steaks and are meant to be shared. I recommend the heirloom carrots with bacon jam. Thank you Frankie Rollins for providing a memorable, delicious experience for us.

Delicious food, wonderful service and perfect ambiance. Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly; cozy, quiet and warmly lit dining room. New favorite place for a nice dinner. Highly recommend. Pineapple martini was 10/10.

My meal is always good, service is generally good as well, I had the Prime New York Steak cooked medium rare but this time it seemed to have more gristle in the steak but still had great flavor. The sides were good except the bread was more of a sour dough roll which was cold and pretty chewy. Overall, the meal was good, and we will dine there again.

Completely overrated and overpriced. The service was fantastic but the food was sub par for the price. Rolls were dry, the caprese style tomatoes with mozzarella was not good. I make better at home. The pork chop was good but not $40 good. Just felt very disappointed for the lack of quality compared to the prices.

Top notch food with attentive (but not overbearing) service. Fantastic bourbon and wine selection. Quite possibly the best filet mignon I've ever had.

I finally got a steak out that was cooked perfectly. The wait staff working concert to get you served with care. Everything was delicious.

This was a special occasion and we were disappointed from the beginning, waiting for our Martini at the bar because no glasses were available. Really inexcusable. Portion size of the shareable side of au gratin potatoes was barely enough for our party of three after the waitress had assured it was ‘more than enough' for three. Other diners were casually dressed in T-shirts and athletic wear. Not at all the upscale dining experience I had expected for $400.

The wait wasn't long even though we arrived there too early. Very nice polite and professional staff. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Nice ambience. Food was so delicious! We ordered the Ribeye steaks and they were cooked to perfection! The lime margaritas are excellent too!
They made us feel special for our anniversary by giving us a free dessert to share. I highly recommend Frankie Rowland's!

Cowboy ribeye was overcooked, but corrected. Unfortunately my wife and I could not share our entree together... I had to have mine totally recooked. Ambiance was great! Service was very good... we had a nice server, Jack! It is overpriced given the location. I was there the week before and had the pork chop that was delicious. The cowboy ribeye was good, but hastily cooked to correct the problem. Both are definitely overpriced!! I travel through there often and will return. 4 out of 5 stars

Not as good as expected. Obviously getting seafood in the mountains and expecting fresh was optimistic. Steak was cooked close to temp ordered but on the wrong side of the temp range. Overall value was 3 star.

Wonderful service as always. Delicious food and drinks. Glad we could share dinner with some family who had never been to Rowland's before.

As always Franke Rowland makes a dining experience special. We were celebrating the retirement of a former colleague and appreciated the excellent service, delicious meal and the lovely atmosphere. As retired teachers, we especially enjoyed the exceptional value during Salem Restaurant Week. Thanks so much for the complimentary dessert to mark this special occasion.

Our server Lauren was excellent Best service we had in a long time out at a restaurant . Thank you for a wonderful date night with hubby :)
