Frankie Rolands (Salem or Roanoke) is a wonderful restaurant which I have patronized for the last decade. Their service is impeccable, the food is outstanding, and the venue is uncrowded and quiet allowing allows uninterrupted conversation. Depending on your consumption of spirits, you should plan on $100 to $140 a person including a well-deserved gratuity. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary Saturday 6/20/26. The service was a little slow, based on our previous experiences at this location.
The meals were pretty bland and was not seasoned.
We've dined at the both the Roanoke and Salem locations in the past and have had wonderful experiences, however this recent visit was quite underwhelming.

We had a reservation tonight with three teenagers and two adults, orders can be picky with the kids. We were treated with the same professionalism that would’ve been given to anyone. We had a wonderful time, our server Charlotte was perfect and the food was great. I highly recommend this restaurant, as well as their hotel.
