Really disappointed with our service tonight. Had reservations and were seated at 7pm. The restaurant had a few parties, but was not packed. I had to go ask the hostess to check on our food after an hour and a half of waiting as we could never find our waitress Taylor. The hostess apologized and stated they were short in the kitchen. Funny, as the couple beside us were seated after us and had already finished an app, entrees and deserts before our entree came (after asking)....read full review
We had the BEST celebration with our daughter’s Roanoke College friends last night! Tracy was an experienced and knowledgeable and patient server. The food was “off the charts” quality… the appetizers, salads, steaks, desserts, drinks…. Every bit was TOP SHELF!!! Thank you for an experience we won’t forget!!!
