My granddaughter and I love the food. There may be a wait but it's because everything is made fresh. It's more for take out than eat in.
I have never been to one of these places until recently. There were 2 ladies working there who were very nice. Decent menu, quick service. My only complaint is that there are no low, no-sugar options for the smoothies. That would make me a regular.
First time in restaurant. Service was wonderful. Helpful suggestions. Food was delicious. Look forward to going back real soon.
Chicken pesto Flatbread was delicious and bursting with flavor. Maui mango smoothie was excellent will be eating here more often. Dining area and bathroom immaculate.
Might be good and it might not. I'll never know because you can't order online and nobody ever answers the phone.
love the geometric wraps!!!!!
The front desk workers can be rude and there was one person who gave the wrong change.
There are no vegan options and anytime I tried to get a bowl or salad without the cheese, sauce and meat, there was hardly anything left and no one ever puts extra rice and beans to make up for half of the bowl gone, yet I pay the same amount. There is only one meat free option and It’s not even vegan. Freshens is one of the only options for food at this school that I can have (I repeatedly eat the same food because there isn’t much variety and I don’t have a lot of money to buy more food outside of school. I would love more vegan options for food (a wrap a salad and a bowl of some kind would make a huge difference.
Extremely overpriced and not a good value. The times I’ve been here my food has been either incorrectly made or they seemed to have skimped me with ingredients.
They are ungodly slow
Honestly this place is okay. They are not prioritizing our planet at all- EVERYTHING has chicken on it and animal dairy... but they are carrying Quorn vegan chicken. I ordered it on a Thai bowl but they didn't put it on or give me a refund, which sucked. I know it's super busy there, so I get it. I wish the menu was more ecofriendly and had more options, and that the bowls were more full. Mine wasn't very full, there was barely any greens and not much rice... but tons of sauce so it was very wet. The ingredients tasted fresh, so that's good.
Nice spot to grab a bite to eat very close to Roanoke College campus. This national chain specializes in locations adjacent to college campuses. The chipotle chicken flatbread was tasty, filling, and reasonably priced. My friend enjoyed her salad, though a bit pricier. One odd quirk is that everything (rice bowls, grilled flatbreads, toasted wraps, salads, not the smoothies...) has chicken in it (some also have bacon). Didn't see any vegetarian options, even the salads. The smoothies sound good - will have to try next time. For an added bonus, there's great outdoor seating right next to the restaurant and also across the street.
THIS COMPANY HAS MY PHONE NUMBER LISTED AS THEIR NUMBER SO I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING HUNDREDS OF CALLS EVERY MINUTE OF EVERYDAY! THIS IS HARRASSMENT! YOUR MANAGER NEEDS TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY AND GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!!
