Nice spot to grab a bite to eat very close to Roanoke College campus. This national chain specializes in locations adjacent to college campuses. The chipotle chicken flatbread was tasty, filling, and reasonably priced. My friend enjoyed her salad, though a bit pricier. One odd quirk is that everything (rice bowls, grilled flatbreads, toasted wraps, salads, not the smoothies...) has chicken in it (some also have bacon). This place is amazing the food is very filling and inexpensive. The smoothies are made with all natural ingredients. Thanks Freshens for making my lunch hour fulfilling. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I have never been to one of these places until recently. There were 2 ladies working there who were very nice. Decent menu, quick service. My only complaint is that there are no low, no-sugar options for the smoothies. That would make me a regular.
