I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

The food at this location is always top of the line, always fresh, always delicious. However, some of the service is failing. Every time I come to this location, AJ is running the front counter and seems to be running herself ragged trying to take care of the customers in line while also doing some cooking herself, a truly hard worker.

On this particular morning, I watched as AJ asked Ian for help, as things were backing up. The response from Ian was nothing...
