I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
The girls in the mornings are so polite and the best. Its always on the busy side when I come thru and they always have a smile on their faces. Thabk each one of yall for the service yall provide.
I showed up before they started serving lunch so I waited the few minutes for the change over. During that time I noticed the manager on duty ( Kasha, might be spelt wrong) handled things professionally and made sure her staff was on top of taking care of the customers with little to no wait time. Great service from Kasha and her team

Hardee's in New Ulm is a restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. Some visitors report being very impressed with the improvements, noting friendly staff and fast service, with food that is fresh, hot, and delicious. The dining area is described as nice and clean. The food is frequently called top of the line, always fresh, and always delicious.
However, some reviews point to service issues. One staff member is consistently praised for hard work and friendliness, while another is criticized for a lack of help and an entitled attitude. Other service complaints include having to ask for everything, missing items like napkins and creamer, spills in the drink area, and being told they were out of ketchup or would have to pay for a substitute sauce. Some meals, like chicken strips, have been described as having a weird consistency, and fries have been found inedible. Despite these challenges, many customers are treated like family and find the staff to be very friendly.
