“I was going to give a 2 star review because I received the wrong order and was really hungry, but after calling the Salem location at 9pm on 12/20/2025, I spoke with who I assume was the manager/shift lead, and they were extremely kind and took accountability for the problem (Even though it was a DoorDash issue.)
How that person handled this mixup changed my mood entirely, and although I’m starving (lol), they’ve got the right order on the way now 🥳 If you’re the manager I spoke with and you see this, thank you so so much! Your kindness in making it right made my night! (:“
“This place is really good, nice and clean. Awesome staff and service. Delicious pizza with a generous amount of toppings. I recommend ordering from here if you're in the area. I will definitely order again whenever visiting an area around.“
