“I placed an order today an it was picked up by a door dasher. Sadly this door dasher decided they were gonna keep my order. After calling papa John's an being told I needed to call door dash an they would be happy to re make the food. So called door dash they did absolutely nothing. So I called papa John's back the manager was stupid nice an immediately had my order being remade an kept apologizing about the door dasher. I kept saying it wasnt his fault but, you remaking it for me is the nicest thing thank you . Needless to say he saved the night for my teenager an his friends“
“Had company & this is what they wanted. The food was ok. The employees were great in getting it all together with no errors. It was all nice & hot. 5 pizzas, 6 deserts & 2 two liters of soda. It was also late at night close to closing.“
“My local papa johns rules. Always clean in there and my order is piping hot. The staff is friendly and clearly wants you to have a good meal. Better ingredients, better pizza rings true here. You can tell the folks making pizza know what they’re doing. Yep.“
