We called to place an order around 8:30pm and ordered soup. The young woman who answered said they had already turned the soup warmer off, but would happily turn it back on if we were willing to wait a little while longer. We said there was no need to heat it back up and that we would warm it up at home. But I thought her offering was so kind. I’ve always had really good experiences here, but wanted to shout out this excellent customer service. Also, the potato soup...
Enjoyed our ice cream there! Staff very friendly so that's a huge positive the only issue I saw a lot of cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling fans and light fixtures didn't make for a very clean environment.
We love Salem Ice Cream Parlor!! All kinds of flavors!! Both, indoor and outdoor seating. I hadn't been in a long while. Couple weeks ago we decided to stop in for some ice cream. Highly recommend whether you're local or just visiting. Very nice customer service. We will definitely go back.
