Enjoyed our ice cream there! Staff very friendly so that's a huge positive the only issue I saw a lot of cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling fans and light fixtures didn't make for a very clean environment.
We love Salem Ice Cream Parlor!! All kinds of flavors!! Both, indoor and outdoor seating. I hadn't been in a long while. Couple weeks ago we decided to stop in for some ice cream. Highly recommend whether you're local or just visiting. Very nice customer service. We will definitely go back.
Are you kidding?! The staff were so incredibly sweet! I ordered the wrong cone (completely my fault) and the employee said “do you want me to change it?” I said “No! I don’t want to waste anything. It was my fault!” She said “I’ll eat it! Let me just flip your ice cream to the correct cone so you can enjoy it!” Lol. I wouldn’t let her! But she was SO SWEET!!
