I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

Hardee's in New Ulm MN has friendly staff and fast service. Four people working there are kind and professional, and the manager is absolutely amazing with great customer service. Food is fresh, hot and delicious every time. The new chicken tender platter is hot, juicy tenders with fresh coleslaw, crispy fries, sweet tea perfect and a fantastic milkshake. The restaurant smelled fresh and clean, the lobby very clean and inviting, the parking lot and restrooms clean and appealing. The drive thru can be chaotic with a long line and wait, but the woman in the drive thru is kind, patient and professional, with smiles and greetings. Rewards codes often don’t work, which is unpleasant for a loyal customer of over 50 years. The team gets the job done and the food fresh and the service great.
