I absolutely love this Starbucks!! The customer service is always amazing! They know me by name, and they even remember what I want. It’s nice to feel like an appreciated customer, it definitely keeps me coming back! The coffee is always just right. I’ve never been disappointed!
I want to shout out Kyle at this location! We had a large order to pick up for Leadership Roanoke Valley and even though they were slammed with the morning coffee rush Kyle was courteous, kind, and efficient cranking out our large coffee order! He is awesome and definitely the kind of person you want to have on your team!
I wanted to say thank you to the baristas at this location. My husband and I came through the drive through on the way to our pup Axle’s last vet appointment after a losing battle with lymphoma. I ordered a coffee and a pup cup,
