Chinese Restaurants in Saltville, VA

“Looking at the place, you wouldn't think anyone ever goes there, and maybe they don't for eat-in. There's lots of space for eat-in, but while we got there about 12:30 on a weekday, not one other person joined us. A lot of the space is used for storage, maybe simply because it's available. I understand they do a lot of business for takeout though.

I got a lunch special, and they gave me a heaping plate of food for $7.50, fresh and very good. I got chicken with cashew nuts, which was sauced fried chicken (not the same crunchy chicken like sweet and sour), diced carrots, diced celery, and fresh (not sauced) cashews, and with a large heap of pork (diced small) fried rice. They gave us a cup of sauce packets, with a lot of options.

They don't have fountain drinks, with bottles and cans instead. This includes water - if you're planning to dine in and get water to save money, it doesn't cost much more to just get a soft drink. Or a can Yoohoo, which is what I got - it's the same price as the water.“
