We went on a busy, rainy Saturday to get my son a pink cake pop (his favorite). When we got there, they were out. My son is 2 so he had a bit of a melt down. The manager heard and went into the back to get him one. It was so kind and made my 2 year olds day.
Despite having limited staff they are efficient and make great drinks. I’ve been coming here more often and they have consistently made better drinks than the standalone Starbucks I was going to previously.I will say I’m basing this experience off the past year - since they renovated their space in the Target. They definitely have improved greatly since then staff wise!
The coffee is fine, but the staff is iffy. For the most part, they all seem very lazy at this location. I usually get this feeling that they feel inconvenienced that they have to do their job lol. And I'm not one of those people that come in near closing time; that's a huge pet peeve of mine. I'm talking hours before they close, and when I'm the only customer and it's not busy at all. Weird.
