“Drive thru guy very sweet“

“Last night I went out for some delicious lemonades, but at that moment they didn’t have any available. They offered me other drink options, and I explained to the guy at the drive-thru window that the only reason I came at 10:00 PM was because I was really craving a lemonade. The guy was very kind and said he would talk to the manager to see how they could fix the situation. She was also very kind and told him to please ask me to wait in the parking lot, that she would prepare the lemonade right then and they would bring it to my car. In less than 5 minutes, the super friendly guy brought me the three lemonades, and they even gave me a dessert as a courtesy. Every time I go, they are very quick and friendly. Thank you so much — you all are amazing!“

“The menu board shows their breakfast platters on plates. They do not have plates , they only have to-go compartment containers. If you ordered scrambled eggs, you get a folded egg served in a styrofoam bowl which nearly impossible to eat. They do not offer honey as a condiment for biscuits. It is all about product presentation and Hardee’s is not doing well in this category. I ordered a buttered biscuit and I got no butter, just a plain biscuit. It is the same in all 5 Fredericksburg area Hardee’s. In Orlando, Florida I ate breakfast nearly everyday for over 20 years with Ms Habercamp the owner of her franchise. They know how to do customer service right. They bring food to your table then chat with you. They even have birthday parties for their regular customers.“

“Sean has the best customer service. I've been here multiple times and he is the most polite and respectful young man. obviously the food is excellent but when you combine great food with great customer service you get a very good local spot that I'm glad we have in our little spot of Virginia.“

“Had dinner and drinks at the Fredericksburg location Adriana, Jayla, and Taylor the bartenders were so awesome. Such a great vibe had dinner at Firebirds the night before totally underwhelming the bartenders at Park Lane worked in unison and absolutely friendly and engaging with the customers. Those three should actually own the bar. I will definitely be back next time. I travel to Fredericksburg.“

“Let me just say, these are the absolute comfiest bar stools you could EVER sit in. Pretty sure the cushioned were repurposed from my granddad's favorite recliner. I could SLEEP in these things. Also the bartender, Jakaia is chill, friendly, and knowledgeable 🤙 10/10 recommend.“

“We enjoyed our meals at Freddy’s along Rt 17 in Fredericksburg. It was our first visit and Malek explained all that there was to choose from. The large burgers were fabulous with the melted cheese and tasty lean bacon. Their large order of onion rings was the best. The frozen custard was Amazing!!! We tried the vanilla and chocolate, super delicious! We will definitely be returning.“

“Had a great breakfast traveling back to NC. The manager Alex was very attentive and made our visit extra special. We appreciated the service , our meals were perfect. “A last minute early dinner invitation and we decided on Harry's Ale House at Harrison Crossing. We arrived at 5 pm. About 75%of the tables were full. Not bad for a Saturday. Michele was our waitstaff and she was very polite, attentive, and patient. My dinner companion and I were so busy talking, we didn't look at the menu and she was kind enough to keep checking on us. Thank you Michele for your patience. I ordered the steak salad and my companion ordered the salmon. The meals came out in a timely fashion as we had enough time for a cocktail but didn't wait beyond that. My companion's salmon dinner was quite good. I ordered my steak medium. It came out med-rare which is actually how I like it. My only comment is the steak was tough to chew although it was cooked nicely. I suggest slicing the steak into thinner slices and that will remove the toughness.We had a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was lively but not so loud I couldn't comfortably carry on a conversation. I have eaten at Harry's several times but usually carry out on my way home (also a good option).“

Best customer service I've seen in a long time. We go very often and love it everytime, 1000000000/10 so great!! Also love the vibe of the place. So good.“

“Stopped in randomly and we enjoyed everything! Hubs had the burger and an Old Fashioned. I had the seasonal drink, Sweater Weather, and the veggie quesadilla. Both were delicious!!! If you are in the area, stop in!“

“If you can’t find the milkshake you crave at CookOut Olive Branch, you didn’t look at the menu well. They have so many options! I settled on the cheesecake shake; so delicious! 😋 Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to try another flavor.“

“When I lived in Fredericksburg, I loved Clean Eatz. Whenever I visit, I make it a point to stop by and pick up some premade meals. It’s just as amazing as I remember! The customer service is outstanding, and the food is just as good as ever. I only wish we had one in Myrtle. Highly recommend“

“Friendly associates and the establishment was very clean. Great customer service. Can't say this about the new store in Glen Allen, VA. We approached the register and we said hello first mind you. The guy didn't say anything to us. Fifteen employees there laughing and carrying on. So unprofessional. Place was dirty also.“

“Nice comfortable for a relaxing meal - our server was attentive and pleasant - the Belgian waffle was delicious - the iced coffees my wife tried did not look like the picture and was not sweet.
Oh someone should replace the outside door handle which was worn - wondered who tracks the fresh oranges used for display at the front counter ....“

“The Impossible Burger was very possible on this visit. I'm not vegan but I should have just ordered a meaty burger. This item did not meet my expectations. I've had other vegan burgers from a different Burger King that was simply Dee Lish, but this location missed the mark for me.“
