Hard working but disorganized team. The food wasn’t ready on time, and the staff seemed confused throughout the process. When I finally received the burrito, it was OK at best. Overall, it felt like a waste of both time and money. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

Food is fine. Everything else is awful. Insanely loud. You’re expected to order on touchscreens, which is a great way to spread germs… or the phone, I guess, if you want to share your info. One worker begrudgingly took my order in person after ignoring me for several minutes. You can’t order toppings down the line, depending on how fresh they look, so you have to just guess and hope. A perfect example of what phone culture and profits over people...

As a South Texan transplant in the DC area, District Taco was the end of a years-long search for a PROPER breakfast taco. It tastes like home, the salsa is pure joy and the staff are always nice and expedient.

Do I hate having to drive 30 mins to find breakfast tacos? Yes. But the heart wants what the heart wants; it's worth it.
