“This one lands as a "Must Check it out Place to Eat" or better yet "Add an Order to Go- After you Eat Place" - when we go grocery shopping at Global. Don't be deterred by the plain hole in a wall setting.... when they say they cook Filipino food.... it hits the mark each time! Their Turo-turo Carinderya style and combo meals never intimidates and makes u feel at home. That when we dine in, we always order some to go as well! Our Favorite and Best in the area is their Crispy Pata! Portions is bigger and cheaper compared to other Pinoy restos in d Va area. If u ordered it to go... it's a Promise you'll pick on it and struggle not to eat half of it on your way home! It's that good! ???? Another of our favorites is their Sisig- we recommend to ask if they can add pigs ear... an option I loved and am sharing to pigs ear lovers out there. Last is their Pork Liempo, if u want that freshly grilled pork flavor that takes u back home.... this is the place! Still yet to try the rest of their menu... but the ones above, I truly recommend to order????.“

“The tasty food is one thing BUT one thing which stood out for me is their great customer service. Jane and her other colleague were all smiles, kind and attentive. You can tell they love the job that they do. This is the kind of service you wanna comeback for more. I also appreciate that they're wearing a transparent mouth shield as it looks more neat than a regular mask. They offer free soup and coffee on top of your regular order which is great since it's winter around this time. I hope they can be consistent with their business approach and I wish their new store a success!“

“Great food and true Filipino hospitality by the pretty ate Wendy. We ordered Bistek, Sisig and Lechon Kawali, all ala carte and fried tilapia value meal. The serving sizes are good for 2-3 pax. The Bistek was tender, Sisig was savory and the Lechon Kawali was juicy and crispy! The tilapia was also crispy too! Plus the calamansi juice drink was sooo good. Got to meet Mang Eton and hear his stpries as well.

“Delivery: Ordered the Tapa entree, and it was delicious but I was shocked by the portion size for $17. The food was delicious as hell, but I feel like there should’ve been more weight to the dish, especially because my Filipino friends are always very generous with their portions. I know times are tough but maybe something to consider. I’ll try eating here in person another day and see if the portions are the same. Four stars because of the portion size“

“Coming back from a funeral service, all I wanted was comfort food. Kababayan did not dissapoint us! Everything was what I had hoped it would be. The Halo Halo was not too sweet for the health conscious seniors like us. Kudos to the staff and the owner. “Jollibee in Alexandria was a fun and tasty stop when I wanted something different from the usual chicken places. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and had a flavor that stood out, and I liked that the menu also included items like spaghetti, burgers, and unique sides. The location in Plaza at Landmark was easy to find, and the ordering process was simple. It worked well for a quick dine-in meal, but takeaway is convenient too. Overall, it was a satisfying spot for comfort food with a different twist.“
