Extremely Disappointing and Disturbing Experience especially for families with kids. Unprofessional Staff treated us in a bad way.
My first time there and everyone raved about this place and very disappointing. Steak came out well done (asked for medium) then it came back out rare. Manager came both times but did nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. Food wasn’t great even after waiting a while for them to get it “right”, still came back with a well done filet. And customer service is lacking.
That Fresh salad is everything!! All in all, we love Mikes!!
