The new layout of the store is definitely not as inviting as before. The only indoor seating available now is the long bench that runs parallel to the counter. The seat pads are thin so it’s not comfortable and very awkward as you can’t sit directly across someone. It’s not a good place for setting up a laptop either as there are no tables, only arm rests. There are a few tables and comfortable chairs right outside by a fireplace but it’s only really feasible to use when...

I had a great experience at Starbucks in Burke! Unlike many Starbucks locations in California, this one was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The environment felt calm and welcoming.
