The Mixing Bowl

I have visited the Mixing Bowl many times in my younger years to see many local bands. Because of Covid-19 , i find myself stopping in for a happy hour drimk more often now because their strict enforcement of Covid-19. Your temperature will be taken prior to service and if you don't wear a mask walking within the establishment their customers will bark at you. I went to the Mixing Bowl yesterday for happy hour and had a great time. The bartender Dena was great; very friendly and quick. The Old Bey Wings I ordered were excellent. I highly recommend this place and when you go ask for Dena!

My wife and I went to The Mixing Bowl on a Monday night. We were greeted by a person who seemed to be the manager, and he was very friendly. At the table, my wife had a cocktail and I had a beer. We also ordered the fried oysters appetizer. My wife's cocktail was poured tableside, which I liked. The fried oysters were wonderful. They were very delicately breaded, and lightly cooked.
