“Luz the manager is wonderful she’s so nice I brought my siblings to come by and get some five guys burger we were struggling with the menu because we were first timers and she helped us explaining the menu and everything and helped us place an order I loved the food fresh out of the oven love Luz I hope to see her next time I visit !“

“I can’t say enough good things about the Five Guys at Stafford Marketplace. Tonight, I showed up just before closing—9:52 PM to be exact—hoping to get some fries after being let down by another location. Not only did the staff welcome me in with no hesitation, but they also made the best fries I’ve had from Five Guys in a long time.

What really stood out was their attitude. They could have easily turned me away or rushed the order, but instead, they treated me like a valued customer. They even mentioned that the other location could have made fresh fries for me but chose not to. That level of honesty and care for both their service and food quality speaks volumes.

This is what great customer service looks like. The team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows. From now on, I’ll be making the extra drive to Stafford Marketplace—because I know I’ll be treated right and leave with great food every time.
