Terrible service! Stood at the counter over 15 minutes and couldn’t even get acknowledged. We were the only customers in line. We were completely ignored by the two teenage employees; one a young black boy and one a dark blonde girl. There were multiple children under 12 running in out of the door repeatedly, so I assume they were busy, however we were unable to even get a “hello”, “sorry for the wait”, “we will be with you shortly”, NOTHING. The horchata year is delicious! Everything we’ve gotten so far has been amazing, actually. The staff is always so friendly. Highly recommend!
Very good place in Stafford for Popping Pearl Teas.

Koi Tea is a special place with excellent quality tea and super kind staff that make customers feel at home. The menu includes delicious taro milk and honeydew milk tea with boba, and they offer different milk options for those with dietary restrictions. Known for its cozy atmosphere, the friendly workers and owner remember regular customers. Although cheese cap is not yet available, they recently expanded their menu. A loyalty program allows customers to earn points towards a free drink. If you enjoy bubble tea, Koi Tea is a must-visit spot. They make great beverages and the Thai coffee is amazing. The drinks are always tasty and the staff is always polite. The Mi Amore is refreshing and delicious.
