We ordered from the kiosk and forgot to order an additional sandwich. Amanda, the General Manager, was quick to get our order started so we didn’t have to wait in line. Extremely friendly and efficient, along with the other staff members. Going that extra mile really made a great impression.
Good food. Tasted fresh and I enjoyed the new steak salad. The hot food was steaming. The manager helped us carry our food to our table since we had a toddler. And the restaurant looked clean, but there was mac n cheese on the floor that was there our entire 1.5hour visit. I just picked it up myself with a napkin at the end.
It must be a requirement to be one of the sweetest people on earth to work at this Panera. Genuinely every time I come in, the staff is always so warm and friendly. I always look forward to grabbing a quick lunch here!
