The Icing Backing Company did the cake and cake shooters for my wedding last May. They did an incredible job. The design on the cake turned out exactly how I wanted. The cake was delicious and moist. The icing was not too sweet. We did a two tiered cake, top layer was vanilla with vanilla mouse filling and the bottom was chocolate with chocolate mouse filling. We loved the texture of the mouse. Excellent communication, punctual pickup, and overall great customer service. The cakes looked amazing. I’d just suggest adding cutting instructions since I didn’t realize there was a board between the middle layers and cut through it at first.
The banana cream cake was amazing and I’d order it again. The chocolate cake wasn’t a hit with my guests, but with the level of service I received, I would absolutely recommend this bakery.

In March 2025, I had ordered my daughter‘s bridal shower cake from here. It was absolutely phenomenal. The design was gorgeous…and the best tasting cake that I’ve ever experienced.
