Ordered through app and when I went to pickup the store was closed (BEFORE 7PM). Send in a complaint online to get my money back and have not heard anything back … that is terrible customer service.
Do not waste your time eating here, way to expensive!! The customer service is awful!! I tried to contact the owner but didn't hear fron them, apparently they don't care how their customers are treated!!
Went to the newly reopened Firehouse Subs this past weekend. Wow..the new staff was awesome, everything neat & clean..and the food was plentiful and very tasty. The new owner,mgr,and crew.. have really stepped up and taken this Sub shop to a new level. Absolutely the best in the Valley. Great job !!
