Always knows how to take care of their clients. The greatest service in Staunton! They are the best! Olivia is awesome always in a great mood. The team overall is amazing.
This location has a major issue. The subs are great if they can get your order right. The manager explained to me that "the teenagers" working there are the issue and that sometimes he just wanted to take them in the back for a beat down. Unprofessional to say the least! When this store first opened, it was great! The crew were all optimistic, happy to help you. Looks like it's back to Firehouse for me.
