Every time I visit, the same young man is working the windows. (I use the app then drive through.) I don’t know his name, but his customer service skills are amazing!! It’s a new branch, so they’ve occasionally run out of chips or something. But I’ve never left without a smile. Hi so I don't normally make reviews but ooohh this was a hot mess. The guacamole was just avocado at that point, it wasn't even like fully mixed nor did it have flavor, and my burrito was wrapped poorly to the point it was falling apart after the first bite. I like that it was off the interstate but honestly I just wouldn't recommend it, not very good at all compared to other locations I frequent in VA.
Restaurant was filthy, staff seemed ok but …. We had to eqt outside.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular spot that exceeds expectations. The entire staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The lobby is clean, and the portions are generous. While it can get crowded and parking can be a challenge, the quality of the food is spot on, and the employees are down-to-earth and nice. With a reasonable price for the quality, it's a worthwhile dining experience.
The new brisket is amazing, with a sweet flavor that blends well with the tomatillo medium salsa. The chicken al pastor is not as favored, but the brisket is a winner. The service area is very clean, even towards the end of the night, and the employees are friendly, providing a solid portion of brown rice. The chips are perfect, not too greasy or salty, and the meat is well-cared for, with the chicken al pastor having the perfect amount of sauce and the carnitas able to breathe.
While the location can be busy with a small parking lot, and the tables and trash can sometimes be an issue, the overall experience is excellent, with a reasonable price for the quality of the food and service.
