It was a lucky accident when I found MARINO’S LUNCH while traveling through Staunton. This retro diner is so fun with its colorful bar stools fronting woodcuts of Appalachian musicians along the front of the bar and fantastic shadow box collages by artist GENE PROVENZO on nearly every wall. Found this place on Google looking for a brunch. Staff was super friendly and attentive. I had the pimento cheese and bacon omelette with potatoes and a biscuit. I ate slower just to savor it a bit more. Absolutely fantastic breakfast.
So good! We did a light snacking and a couple drinks. Sweet potatoes fries with their house made ranch OMG the ranchhhh. Amazing. We also got their bruschetta dip with the house fried pita chips. Couldn’t get enough. Love Marinos!
