I have eaten at Mrs Rowe's whenever I could since 1972. The food, the service, the atmosphere has always been top notch
Have been going to Mrs Rowes for years and was thrilled to be going yesterday. What on earth has happened there? Our food was so cold we could not eat it and had to ask for it to be heated up…..my daughter had the hot pork sandwich so they did make her a new one in place of the cold one. The collard greens tasted like they were right out of the “Glory” can and the pinto beans did not taste anything like pinto beans. My wife and I ate lunch here on Monday, September 11. I had heard rave reviews from a friend about the restaurant and had looked at the menu online. I was looking forward to the chicken fried steak, but the restaurant now offers chicken fried steak only on Sundays. What we ordered was delicious, but not what we had planned to eat.
