Tried to order a carry out pizza. The app was still trying to charge me a $5 delivery fee. Went in to order and explained what was going on and how can I get the points added to my account. He said he could put in my phone number. Well that didn't work so I was told the order couldn't be put on my account so I only ordered pizza without all the extras. Ordered the big New Yorker and was very displeased pizza came to my house and was horrible the pizza is described as having sweet marinara sauce however it had maybe a tablespoon of sauce on it and tasted as such very disappointed

The food was fine but I have one suggestion. We placed an order online for the following day. We wanted to change the pickup time and was told, because of the system they used, they couldn't change an existing order.
