“This is the best food in town. I don’t care what anyone says. I don’t know why they only have a 3.1 star rating. I have lived here since 2008 and Stephen City and this is the best food around! They need WAY more credit than that. The food is always fresh I mean, always compared to the other Chinese around here they are the spot to eat!!“

“Had the Baingan Bharta (eggplant with himalayan spices and saffron rice) for lunch with my mother and we shared vegetable pakoras and vegetable samosas. Among the best himalayan food I have ever had, nice atmosphere, very clean, and prompt service. I would highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner, especially if you are a vegetarian!Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible to wheelchair users, bathroom is wheel chair accessible“

“I had the spicy crab roll which was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I found the prices to be reasonable for lunch. Like a lot of buildings in downtown Winchester it's old and can feel small. I know they have another dining room but we are at the main part so I can't offer much in what the other room was like. The others in my group were very impressed with their food as well. Give it a try!Parking: There is street parking and a garage just across the street.“

“I've eaten here a couple of times in the past month. Food is always hot, tastes great, and at a fair price. Yesterday there was a network problem with their credit card reader (It was happening all over the mall). They couldn't get my card to work, so I paid in cash. I noticed when I'd got home that my card was also charged. I thought I was going to have to call Capital One and sort it out, but when I went to my account, the charge had already been credited back. So, not only a great establishment with great food, they are honest people and that goes a long way with me.“

“This was our first time eating at this restaurant. We were looking for a Chinese restaurant that could accommodate vegetarians, as well as meat eaters, and a Google search brought up Cheng's.Cheng's is a clean and inviting Chinese restaurant with a good-sized menu. It would be great for take out, and also has a few small tables for dining in.The restaurant itself has the appearance of Chinese fast food, but the food quality is better than regular fast food Chinese. It appears to be all made to order rather than pre-made dishes sitting in chafing dishes, like at Panda. The vegetables in our meals tasted and looked fresh and crisp, not frozen. The ingredients seemed to be of good quality. The food was not overly greasy either. There are several vegetarian options available, in addition to meat options. The Kung Pao Tofu was incredibly delicious, and the fried tofu in it was cooked to perfection! The lunch specials are reasonably priced, and the customer service was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning to try more from their menu!“

“We do take out, the food is very good and the portions are generous. I wish we could dine in, which is possible but the atmosphere is poor at best. The front is used for storage of supplies and looks disorganized the room is dark and not inviting. There are children doing there homework and watching videos on the dining room. We could use a nice dine in Chinese restaurant. This area may not support it, just wishing. The food certainly is good though.“
