Afghan Restaurants near Sterling, VA

“Wanted a quick snack before popping into work and SO glad I stumbled upon this NEW Afghan spot! Definitely gonna have to come back and try literally everything.. the portion size of the plates coming out the kitchen on top of the amazing smells like fresh baked naan, I already told the owner to expect me weekly!! The owner, Sharif (hope I’m spelling that right) was super kind, enthusiastic and excited to share his hard work with everyone after a year long wait. I’m excited to see what else is in store for this authentic, delicious spot!“

“Felt inclined to leave this review. I saw a disabled gentleman who had multiple of his cards declined and a worker who seemed to be the owner gave it to him on the house. I was going to eat somewhere else but the kind gesture made me eat there and I enjoyed it.“

“We just celebrated our daughter's 50th birthday at Zamarod. Food was delicious. I think we had everything on the menu, which is quite extensive, and each dish was incredible. Highly recommend!!!“

“Have enjoyed the delicious dishes for several years. Whenever son from CA and son from TN come to visit they always want to return to Charcoal Kabob again. We miss seeing your family!“

“An excellent little restaurant. Afghan cuisine is very interesting and full of flavor. We had a soup, a small appetizer, and a main course, and everything was excellent. The service was also very friendly.
Definitely a place worth visiting.“
