I've never had a bad Au Bon Pain experience and this location is no exception. In a very crowded Dulles airport, ABP was a welcome site for quality fast-ish food. One star knocked off since logistics of how to get in and out of the space, plus find utensils, was challenging.
Stopped in dulles Airport to grab a sandwich and an apple turnover. The sandwich was good but the "apple" turnover was virtually devoid of any apples. To their credit the sandwich was more meaty than many I've gotten in airports.
The cashier was a bit surly and I was disappointed they weren't serving their "all day" breakfast menu. However the chipotle black bean avocado sandwich as well as the veggie soup were delicious!! Not a bad place to stop in Dulles airport.
