Ordered an Italian BMT. I asked for the bread to be lightly toasted before they put anything on it. The gal look like she was upset and she overcooked the bread. When I asked her to change it out she said no, that's what I asked for.
Pay the airport premium and then you get a half-frozen sandwich still. How disappointing.

Despite this, some staff members, such as the "Sandwich artist" at the Z Gate location, provide exceptional customer service, offering alternatives when ingredients are unavailable and taking extra time to ensure orders are correct. Overall, Subway is a reliable option, but be prepared for high prices and varying levels of service.
