The carne asada was savory, seasoned perfectly, portioned very generously, and was a great cut of meat. Other places seem to serve gristly chewy meat but this was far far from that. 10/10. “Her food truck was at a fair, and it was delicious! I got just mac and cheese, a slice of pound cake, and a drink- BIG MISTAKE! i should have gotten more!
The pound cake is delicious, moist but not soggy and just sweet enough (with a generous portion!) and the mac and cheese barely lasted five minutes when i got my fork into it, cheesy and complex in its flavors, but not uptight.
The truck also had pagers! Its been a long time since i ate at a food truck, so maybe thats more normal, but it seemed like the most high tech thing on earth to me! I could sit down while they made the food (fresh!) And the pager buzzed to tell me when it was ready!
Lady K's food is remarkable. If you get the chance, dont make the same mistake as me and get as much food as you can handle! It was so good, im already craving more!

“Zesty Gourmet catered our wedding and makes *hands down* the tastiest food we’ve ever had! We are still gushing over the maple-glazed chicken and juicy brisket. Not only was the food delicious, John and Leanne were the best to work with. Leanne remembered that my husband loved the strawberry walnut salad and made it a point to bring him extra during a tasting. So thoughtful! We hope to work with them again for future events!“

The branded paper box liner was reminiscent of a classic deli tray. High quality food: 1. Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap First let me mention the presentation. High quality checkered deli paper and finished with a durable cling wrap. Well sealed, and neatly folded to the underside of the wrap. The tortilla itself was a flavorful green spinach wrap that held its shape, pliable, and an upgrade from typical white flour tortillas. The turkey was moist, and freshly sliced. The tomatoes were ripe and firm The lettuce still had a slight crunch. (Leaf only no stems) The chilled bacon was flavorful, without being too greasy and still breaking apart with each bite. 2. Dill Pickle This simple accompaniment was proof of the thought and effort put into each lunch box. Let me explain. * CUSTOM ZIPLOCK PICKLE BAGS! * The little bags were specifically designed for a pickle slice. Sealed up for maximum freshness. Often I’ve seen pickles tossed in a sandwich baggy or leaky plastic wrap, tossed inside sandwich wrap and treated as an afterthought. Not here! My pickle was perfect! 3. “If you aren't catering with Blue Zucchini, then you should start now! We found Blue Zucchini online and every colleague of mine asked where the food came from. Food was amazing - absolutely delicious. The vegan & vegetarian sandwiches were as delicious, if not more, than the meat! Delivery was so on time and they were so helpful. Their pricing is clear and fair, and the team was very flexible with our last minute guest count changes. The team was well staffed and efficient on the wedding day itself. All the food they served was literally amazing. It got seriously rave reviews from our guests and everything we got to eat was so good. They packed up the leftovers for us, but our guests loved it so much that there wasn't much left over! Cannot recommend them enough.“

I felt that while the portion given worth the price, the portion is too much for a single person unless you are super hungry (like I was). Otherwise, the plate can be shared by two.
Another suggestion would be to make the plate and the price 2/3rd to make it attractive.
Avoid sitting next to the restroom, probably need some better ventilation.“

“I used Big Kyle BBQ for an informal sports banquet of 350 high school boys and their families. (There were over 200 male athletes between the age of 15-25). From my first text to billing, it was absolute perfection. Courteous staff, helpful in every way. As soon as he arrived, I showed him the lay of the land, I told him my goal and he offered suggestions as to what would flow better. I trusted him and it worked as he said it would. Let’s not even talk about the food. I was talking to a colleague and mentioned that the salmon was the best I’ve had. He looked at me and said, salmon is not your typical bbq fare. I told him with a group this big you have to satisfy your pescatarians who all raved about how good it was and came up to me just to tell me they were so happy with the meal. It was so good, it didn’t need any sauce. It was moist, flavorful and fresh. I received so many compliments on the brisket, mac and cheese etc. We will be using Big Kyle again, not only for school events but also for my own personal events.“

But after the pandemic, barely I saw people going there, since many offices around the area have been gone or are not working full load.Anyway,I went there again to get a coffee, and I notice a new deli/coffee shop business there: now, Capital Cuisine.The owner was there, a polite and friendly gentleman.I got my coffee, and though the price was good, I didn't like the taste that much.The restaurant was sadly empty.Overall, not sure the owner can keep his coffee shop restaurant alive at that location, since again not that many people go there anymore.I think the owner may put more time and budget into local advertising, to grab the attention of the close-by offices/businesses, especially those which are within walking distance, therefore more people may go there and visit his restaurant.“
