Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Yanci who was working the drive-thru window during my visit today. She handled my last-minute add-ons like a total pro—two large waters and some extra pickles (because you can never have too many pickles).

Unprofessional Manager on Duty:
I’ll spare the lengthy explanation to say that I’m in absolute shock see a Manager for Chick-fil-A behave with such outright belligerence. Unable to speak with her Manager that night (12/27/19) I sent a complaint through the Chick-fil-A mobile app and called the 1-866 number to voice an audible complaint; I was not informed of these options by staff, instead I was told to call the store again the next day.
