“Minus 1 star because if you eat in you don't get a tray. I like to make a puddle of ketchup on my tray so that I can dip my fries into it. All they offer is ridiculously tiny dipping cups. They're not even 1 fluid ounce. The main Arby Q sauce dispenser was empty. At least there were enough clean tables and they had my food ready reasonably quickly.“
“I found it strange that after paying for my food in the drive through, I was asked to back up about 10' to the red pole and I would then be waved forward when my food was ready at the window. I don't feel it was safe to be asked to back up in the drive through line as many things could go wrong here.. The employee then told me it had to do with a timer.“
“The food and service were great. Ordered on the app in the parking lot and went inside and it was ready in 5 minutes. The first thing we noticed was that the place was amazingly well decorated for Christmas. We didn't think it was normal for an Arby's to look so great, so I ended up talking to Karla, who had gone above and beyond to do it herself, even using personal family heirlooms!
It's so common for people to just do the bare minimum, so when people make the extra effort, I feel it has to be recognized. This is one of the good ones--we'll be back.“
