“Minus 1 star because if you eat in you don't get a tray. I like to make a puddle of ketchup on my tray so that I can dip my fries into it. All they offer is ridiculously tiny dipping cups. They're not even 1 fluid ounce. The main Arby Q sauce dispenser was empty. At least there were enough clean tables and they had my food ready reasonably quickly.“
“I went in before work at 12:55 pm to grab lunch I do this a couple times a week. There is a young man by the name of Jabraun who works there who always greets you if he sees you and is able to. I always get the same thing so he confirmed that’s what I was getting I told him yes I did add a drink. He didn’t ask my name for the order I really didn’t think much about it I was the only person there until he handed me my receipt and I saw that my name was on it. Wow what customer service.
After all the people you serve daily you remember my order and my name and spelled right !

“The food and service were great. Ordered on the app in the parking lot and went inside and it was ready in 5 minutes. The first thing we noticed was that the place was amazingly well decorated for Christmas. We didn't think it was normal for an Arby's to look so great, so I ended up talking to Karla, who had gone above and beyond to do it herself, even using personal family heirlooms!
It's so common for people to just do the bare minimum, so when people make the extra effort, I feel it has to be recognized. This is one of the good ones--we'll be back.“
