“We recently had lunch at the Surry Seafood Company while in the area. we were looking for a seafood restaurant, and it did not disappoint! Our server was fantastic and on top of everything. Our food came out in short time, and it was delicious! To top things off, the view of the River was fantastic. Every seat in the restaurant seemed to have a wonderful scenic view. We even saw a Bald Eagle dip into the river and pull out a fish! Afterwards, we walked down to the marina and enjoyed a few minutes there as well. Highly recommend, and worth the drive to dine here!”

The meatball and rice grits (risotto to me) appetizer was perfect. The freshness of the food and sophisticated touches in preparation outshine most places I go to at home, and home is Manhattan so I have lots to compare this to. We LOVED this restaurant.”

The Pringle’s ginger beer drink was very good, too. My daughter loved the oysters. It was a wholesome experience with live music and authenticity in the details (even the silverware is made in Williamsburg). It was also a treat to eat somewhere where historical figures dined in colonial times, but also really an art form to serve a menu inspired by recipes from the 1700s (and everything tasted amazing and fresh). The service was pretty impeccable for the whole staff (lots of servers, greeters, and staff).”

“This was the first time that we ever heard of this place and figured we’d try it. We really liked it! It was a huge piece of chicken on a great roll. We both had the cheesy bbq chicken sandwiches. It was soooooo good!
The French fries were so good as well. They are fresh cut shoe string. They have for seasonings and we got the sweet seasoning. It was great! I would tell anyone to try it and hope they bring one of these up north closer to us!”

“We ordered pick up thru postmates Saturday April 20th and we were extremely happy with everything we ordered. we ordered the quesabirria which was so big my 3 yr old thought it was a pizza and I was so happy with the size because I got to eat it for a couple days for lunch too. we also got the beef tips chimichanga dinner, queso dip and guacamole. Everything was just so delicious. I will definitely recommend them and I will definitely order from here again in the future! “We’ve been here twice now and the food is truly excellent. My husband had a gyro, I had the chicken tenders. The second time he got a chicken kebab. Both times we got the fried mozzarella and WOW. Everyone who works there is super friendly and I can’t wait to come back and save room for cake. Their dessert case is calling me. No pics because we ate too fast.”
