We had a heart-warming experience this afternoon! We brought a group of residents to enjoy lunch on the sunny deck, and they enjoyed a delicious meal and wonderful time. Shift Mgr Kenyatta and Waitress Sarah were incredibly helpful when one of residents needed it most. Kenyatta called the EMT's, checked on us repeatedly and got us a pillow for her comfort; and Sarah's previous nursing school experience came in handy with plenty of conversation to distract her and keep things light....read full review
After visiting this restaurant numerous times within the past year, we have had more negative experiences than positive.
Three experiences of undercooked food. Being told it would take 30 minutes to order a drink. Surfers who never come back to the table. We were once placed at a table, and before our waitress came to the table, there was a different waitress that stopped at our table, used her hand and hip to lean on our table and express to us how tired her feet were before...read full review
We recently had lunch at the Surry Seafood Company while in the area. we were looking for a seafood restaurant, and it did not disappoint!
Our server was fantastic and on top of everything. Our food came out in short time, and it was delicious!
To top things off, the view of the River was fantastic. Every seat in the restaurant seemed to have a wonderful scenic view. We even saw a Bald Eagle dip into the river and pull out a fish!
