I was at Hardee’s of Tazewell today and the experience I had will keep me from EVER eating at this FAST FOOD RESTAURANT again. I was asked by the drive through person to pull up to the white line at the front of the building to wait for my food, even though there was no one else in line, I told him if someone else pulled up I would move but as long as I was the only customer I was not playing the game withe their metrics timer. We were at this location in 9/2020, of course during the COVID shut down. They were open but we could not sit inside. I was impressed though with how much the staff did try to accomodate our group of 20 as we were all on motorcycles. Food was decent and we would definitely return.
this review is not from one visit but from multiple over a time span i know its not just a bad day in general..they suck all togather ..orders wrong after you give it 5 times cause the headunit operator is not attention baced .sit at the order screens for 10 min while they talk an not do there job ..sit at the window or be pulled up for 30+ min because no one wantes to do there job ..very disappointed some of us have places to be other than taking 45min to get through the process....read full review

Hardee's in Tazewell offers clean, well-served food with a professional and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service, especially during challenging conditions like Hurricane Helene, and commend the management, particularly Lady Gina. The restaurant has a large parking lot with plenty of free parking. While the food quality is generally good, one customer noted that Roastbeef sandwiches are no longer available, and the Hot Ham & Cheese is served on dry biscuits instead of buns. Overall, the restaurant has improved significantly and provides a pleasant dining experience.
