Delicious food. outdoor dining was so lovely. I can’t wait to come back in the coming summer months
My parents and I dined here on New Year’s Eve and sadly I have to leave a negative review.
We have come to this establishment for years for a variety of occasions and we have never had a bad experience until now.
We had a reservation for 5:30 and didn’t leave until after 7:30 and it wasn’t because we were just hanging out enjoying ourselves.

Bistro at the Porch is where taste buds go to party! Shawn is absolutely knocking it out of the park with a menu so innovative, it probably deserves its own patent. The dishes are delicious, the drinks are dangerously good, and there’s something for everyone—even that one picky friend. If you’re not dining here, you’re missing out on culinary genius (and possibly some life-changing cocktails). Highly recommend

Bistro @ The Porch offers a delightful dining experience with delicious food and amazing cocktails. Guests have enjoyed a variety of dishes, including meatloaf with asparagus and mashed potatoes, linguine bolognese with garlic bread, and an awesome lamb burger. The cocktail menu is a standout, praised as the best in NOVA with phenomenal house-made infusions and syrups, particularly the cinnamon whiskey and Italian Whiskey sour.

While the space can be a bit tight and cozy, and some guests noted temperature inconsistencies on a cold day, the exceptional food and drinks are a consistent draw. The New Year's Eve special menu was a favorite, with shrimp and grits and creme brulee receiving high praise. Despite minor service stumbles, the management handled feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Many plan to return to try other menu items and enjoy the overall great food and service.
