Crepe places are hard to find. When I see them, I eat them. That's just how I was raised. As I entered the mall to see a movie, I looked down below and saw this place in the hallway. I saw the crepe machine and had to convince my gf and son to also go eat there. The service isn't the quickest but that's because they make each crepe on the spot and have an assembly line of things each employee does to finish the crepe off. My son and I discovered Charlotte Artisanal 5-6 years ago during a shopping trip at Tyson's Mall. It is now a family favorite and a tradition. The menu includes sweet or savory crepes and waffles. (They also have the most amazing coffee) The waffles... OMG...the waffles. So delicious! It's the one place I say, "Calories be damned. It's worth it!"
