Our meal was delicious and packed with flavor. The service was excellent as well despite the QR code system. We will definitely be back!
What a great experience! The food is very tasty and fresh! The servers are very friendly and quick, definitely will recommend!
This is a rather new restaurant that opened at a location where a very old Chinese place has been. The interior decoration was modern, nice and clean and bright. Staff was friendly. and attentive. The dishes are OK. average taste comparing to the similar restaurant in the area. The truffle soupy buns were surprisingly impressive. No complaint and nothing particularly memorable either.

Mian Sichuan Noodles (Tysons) 滋味小麵 is a modern and clean Chinese restaurant that recently took over the location of an older establishment. The interior features bright, white lighting and higher ceilings, creating a fresh and less cramped atmosphere. Customers can order easily using QR code menus, with some reviews noting the convenience of adding items to orders via the digital system. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service in a pleasant environment with background contemporary Chinese pop music.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, including spicy beef noodle soup, braised pork ribs over rice, and cold garlic chili pickled cucumbers. The spicy beef noodle soup is highly recommended, praised for its flavorful broth, tender beef, and perfect noodles, making it one of the better options in the area. The braised pork ribs are flavorful and homestyle, served with fried egg and bok choy, though some find the rice used in the dish a bit stale, which detracts from an otherwise good meal. The cold garlic chili pickled cucumbers are tangy, sweet, crunchy, and refreshing.
Other popular items include pork dumplings in chili oil, wontons in chili oil, and green onion pancake. Several reviewers mention that the food tastes homestyle and reminiscent of authentic Chinese cuisine, with flavors that are West Coast Chinese. Portions are generous, and prices are considered fair. Overall, Mian Sichuan Noodles (Tysons) is seen as a solid, recommendable spot for Chinese noodle and noodle-based dishes, especially for those craving spicy flavors and authentic tastes. The place is well-liked for its clean setting, good service, and tasty dishes, making it a favorite among local diners.
