For drinks, we enjoyed their refreshing mango lassi and, for the adults, a round of thoughtfully crafted cocktails from the bar—each beverage paired perfectly with our meal and added a special touch to our dinner. Appetizer highlights included the papadum with flavorful chutneys, crispy samosas, and the sought-after chili chicken—all served hot, fresh, and packed with authentic Indian spices. Our main courses were equally memorable. I’ve been to Hector’s so many times, I don’t even have to order anymore. They know me like Norm from Cheers, and honestly… I’m not mad about it. “Ambience, quality of food and hospitality are awesome. Only complain I have about the portions of servings especially appetizers. For example, Chicken Sequawa, excellent item and the appetizers called “shareable appetizers “ and the price of that is $16.99 and it came with 6 small pieces of grill chicken. No doubt about the teste. I was expecting at least fill up the box you are delivering with. It’s half filled. I called restaurant and suggested to change the box size or fill up at least so that I don’t fill the box is half empty.”

Limited coffee selection. No expresso drinks I believe. Standing in small cash register area can get crowded. They really do have a red old Ford truck on property!

She is a true jewel and a "must have" in the hospitality industry. Her attention to the wants, desires, wishes, needs, limits, boundaries, budget, and dreams of the wedding family was exceptional. She was intentional with her advice and direct with her communications. Juanita embraces an old-school personal hands-on approach to customer service that's missed in this digital society we must tolerate now. we discovered that Her staff marches to the same beat. They are responsive and intuitive. On the day of the wedding... OMG... it wasn't enough that the food was delicious, but THE STAFF'S PROFESSIONALISM AND SUPERB SERVICE was outstanding!!! Bravo. “Despite financial struggles, they're still selling food at the standard they've seemed to always have. Abundant staff was friendly and attentive. They could put some focus on clearing tables and keeping things cleaned and touched up. There were 4 tables not cleared for nearly the entire time I was there with staff working on things like cleaning steak knives, some food on the floor, torn drywall/paint at the entrance. Overall a good experience.”
